Ionia Sentinel Standard, 4 May 1967

Funeral services for Mrs. Bessie May Allen of Lyons were Wednesday at Lyons 
Methodist church.  Burial was in Lyons cemetery.  Officiating pastor was Rev. 
Robert Treat of Portland with Mrs. Robert Carr as organist.  Bearers were her 
grandsons, Stanley Beebe, Charles Bennett, Jack Allen, Gordon Miller, John Hizer 
and Ernest Clements.
