Funeral services for Jeffery David Allen, week-old son of William R. and Ruth 
Ann Kauffman Allen of route 1, Lake Odessa were Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Pickens 
funeral chapel in Clarksville.  Rev. Donald Mathis officiated and burial was at 
Clarksville cemetery.

The infant was born September 7 at Ionia County Memorial hospital and died 
Saturday at Butterworth hospital, Grand Rapids.  

Besides his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy 
Kauffman of Clarksville; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Allen of 
Lake Odessa; great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Allen and Mrs. Ruth 
Desgranges of Lake Odessa and Mrs. Jay Wing of Freeport.
