Ionia Daily Standard, 21 Feb 1918

James Allen died this morning at the home of his nephew, John Galloway, of Ionia
township, where he has lived for a long time.  The funeral announcement will be
made later.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in Highland Park Cemetery.]
