Daily Standard - Friday, Oct. 30, 1903

A telegram from Denver announces the death in that city of Clifton, the 21-
year-old son of County Treasurer E.M. Allen.  Death was due to tuberculosis of 
the brain with complications. The body is expected to arrive at Portland 
Saturday night.

The funeral of Clifton Allen, son of Capt. E.M. Allen, will be at family 
residence in Portland, at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
