The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Monday, September 16, 1918
The funeral for Mrs. Lucinda Allen, aged 75 years, who died Friday at her home 
in Berlin, was held this morning from the residence at 10 o’clock.  Burial in 
Balcom cemetery.  She was the widow of George Allen, who died two years ago.
