The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, July 2006
Roselyn Allen, aged 77, of Belding formerly of Ionia passed away July 28, 2006 
in Greenville.  She was born April 5, 1929 in Ionia the daughter of Leon and 
Marvel Miller. She was a member of Green Corners Baptist Church and will be 
missed by all.

Roselyn left behind her daughter Debbie Lafey of Grand Rapids; son Dannie and 
Paula Allen of Alabama; grandchildren, James Michael Lafey, Nancy Zanders, 
Jolissa Pierson, Patricia Rose and Paul Piteo, Curt and Cora Ward; sister, 
Bonnie Powell of Indiana; cousins, Cheryl Crisson and Beverly Hotchkins.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia 
with Pastor Paul Leslie officiating.  Interment Balcom Cemetery.  The family 
will receive friends and relatives Thursday 9:00 AM until time of services at 
the funeral home.
