Lake Odessa Wave
   VELMA ALLERDING DIES SUDDENLY
  Mrs. Velma A. Allerding, 67, passed away at the Osteopathic hospital, Grand
Rapids, Monday morning, a short time after admittance.  
  She was born near Woodland July 2, 1905, daughter of Emmanuel and Katherine
(Morlok) Kussmaul and had spent most of her life in the local area.
  Mrs. Allerding was a member of the Woodland Zion Lutheran church.
  She married Clinton Bailey of Cedar Springs in 1934 and he passed away in 1938. 
She married Dennis O. Allerding of Woodland in February of 1963.
  Velma was formely employed at the Lake Odessa Machine Products.
  Surviving are her husband Dennis;  two sons, C. Don Bailey and E. Rex Bailey both
of Lake Odessa and four grandchildren.
  Funeral services were held on Wednesday at 1:30 at Pickens Funeral Chapel. Rev.
Randall Metz officiated with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
