Ionia Daily Sentinel, 30 Nov 1906

Mrs. Ellen C. Allurid (Bemis), whose critical condition was announced Wednesday 
as the result of a stroke of paralysis, died at 5 o’clock Thursday afternoon, 
at the age of 70 years.  She leaves two children, Arthur L. Bemis, of Carson 
City, and Mrs. Joseph McCord, of Easton, and two stepsons, C.L. of Ionia, and 
Wallace, of Easton.  Funeral from the Easton church at 10:30 Saturday.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she is 
buried in Easton Cemetery.]
