Ionia Sentinel Standard, 28 May 1958

Prayer was said at Myers funeral home at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday for Robert Ammon of 
Adams street, who died Friday at Westport, Ontario, Canada while visiting his 
daughter.  The prayer service was followed by requiem high mass at SS. Peter 
and Paul church at 9 a.m.  The Rev. Fr. John S. Fons sang the mass.  Interment 
was at Mt. Olivet cemetery.  Bearers were Dr. Fred Rickle, Ralph Sheehan, Thede 
Banhagel, Frank Frost, William Long and Edward Haight.

Attending from out of town were Dr. and Mrs. Fred. M. Rickle, Alpena; Mr. and 
Mrs. T. Banhagel, Kalamazoo; Ralph Sheehan, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ammon, Mrs. 
Carl Heinowski and Mrs. Florence Banhagel, Lansing; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Ammon, 
Holt; Mrs. Maggie Ammon and Mrs. Minnie Howe, Muir; Mr. and Mrs. T. P. Holland, 
Orleans; Mrs. Robert Rockefeller, Greenville; Mrs. Grace Frickelton and 
daughter, Detroit, and Mrs. Harold Leslie, Jackson.
