She was born July 8, 1868 in Toulow, England, and came to United States with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gibson, when she was 15 years of age. She resided on a farm in Ionia township from 1911 to 1944 when she moved to Muir. Surviving are two daughters, Minnie Howe of Muir and Mrs. Bessie Meeker of Chanute, Kan.; eight grand, 14 great, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. The body is at Myers funeral home and will be moved Tuesday at 1 p.m. to Muir Presbyterian church where services will be held at 2 p.m. Rev. Manson Lowe, pastor, will officiate.
