Amphlett, arrived in Ionia at 9:20 on Friday night, for interment in the family lot in Highland Park, accompanied by the husband and two sons, Claire, aged 18 years, and Louis, aged 11, and by Mr. and Mrs. Thomas L. Amphlett, the parents of the bereaved husband. The remains were taken to the home of Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Amphlett, on High street, from whence the funeral was attended this afternoon. Deceased numbered many friends in Ionia, where she was highly regarded for her womanly qualities and beloved for her lovable and amiable disposition in life. She died all too young at 39. The funeral service, therefore, was largely attended. Rev. W. H. B. Urch officiated, and the singing was by Mrs. B. P. Brock and Mrs. G. L. Tunison. The floral remembrances from mourning friends were received in such profusion that they literally buried the casket. The loving hands which carried the remains to the grave were all from the immediate family.
