Sheridan- Arnold A. Andersen, 73, of 4205 S. Derby Road, Sidney, died Sunday at 
St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids.

Mr. Andersen was born Oct. 9, 1906 in Pine Township of Montcalm County, the son 
of Hans and Johanne Andersen. He had lived in the Sidney area for 40 years.

He was a member of the Pearl Lake Lodge 3245 F&AM. Danish Brotherhood and Farm 
Bureau. 

In addition to his wife of 52 years, Carrie, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. 
Jack (Joan) Strickler of Mountain, Wisc.; two sons, Bruce of Stanton and Arnold 
of Greenville; a brother, Ray of Lakeview; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-
grandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Stebbins-Simpson Funeral Home in 
Sheridan with the Rev. Bernard Leon officiating. Graveside services will be 
conducted by the Pearl Lake Masonic Lodge at the South Sidney Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home tonight from 7-8:30.
