The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, March 24, 1942

Funeral services were conducted from the Stone funeral home Sunday at 2:30 
p.m. for Mrs. Etta Hawley Anderson who died late last week.  Rev. F. G. Dunbar 
officiated and interment was at Balcom cemetery.  Bearers were Gene Lee, 
William Converse, Lloyd Vincent and Ward Conner.

Attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Schilds, 
Mrs. Mildred Converse and daughter, and Mr. and Mrs. Shepherd, all of Grand 
Rapids, Mrs. Hazel Conner, Mrs. Adelbert Lee, Mrs. Hilton Weeks, and Mrs. Orlo 
Weeks of Saranac, William Converse of Belding, Ernie Cobb of Detroit, Lloyd 
Vincent and Leland Vincent and Mrs. Edward Murphy of Lyons.
