Ionia Sentinel – 15 September 1969
Mrs. Bessie Marie Anderson, 52, of Hayes road, Muir, died Sunday at St. Mary’s 
hospital in Grand Rapids.  She was a lifelong resident of North Plains area.

Surviving are her husband, William A. Anderson; one son, William J. of Muir; 
one daughter, Mrs. Robert Harvey of Grand Rapids; parents, Mr. and Mrs. 
Clinton Halsted of Lyons; three sisters, Mrs. Robert Daft and Mrs. Charles 
Swick of Lansing and Mrs. Edwin Kemp of Grand Ledge.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 pm at North Plains Community church.  
Rev. Chester Erickson of Zion United Methodist church of Ionia will 
officiate.  Interment will be at the North Plains cemetery.

Mrs. Anderson is at Estep funeral home north of Muir.
