Ionia Sentinel – 29 October 1969
Hilda Anderson, 77, died Tuesday morning at Traverse City.  She was born in 
1892 in Muskegon and lived most of her life in Grand Rapids spending a few 
months with a brother, John Anderson of route 1, Muir.  She is survived by two 
sisters, Mrs. Minnie VanSoest of McBain and Mrs. Margaret Lower of Grand 
Rapids; three brothers, John and William of Muir and George of Grand Rapids.  
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 pm at Estep funeral home north of Muir.  
Rev. Chester Erickson of Ionia will officiate and interment will be at 
Highland Park cemetery.  Bearers are Myron Brown, Max Strochan, John and 
Knight Kruger, Howard Sheaffer and Edwin Nobis.
