Belding Banner-News, 14 Sep 1967

Walter C. Anderson, 68, of 410 Stocking Street, died Sunday at Belding Community
Hospital.  Mr. Anderson was born October 25, 1898, in Ducansville, Pennsylvania,
the son of Ida and Albert Anderson.  He lived in Edmore before moving to Belding
45 years ago.  He was a machinist for Belding Tool and Machine and was a member
of the Belding Sportsman’s Club and Lodge No. 355 F & A.M.

Surviving are his wife, Flossie; one son, Jerry of Belding; one brother, Roy of
Lansing; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from Huffman Funeral Home. 
Reverent Wilford Wood and Belding Lodge No. 355 F. & A.M. officiated.  Interment
was in River Ridge Cemetery.  Bearers were Howard Wood, Maurice Peterson, Ward
Blunt, Ed. Crevier, Maurice Wuelfing and Clayton Terrell Jr.
