He had a stroke of paralysis some time ago and it was a second stroke of the same disease that caused his demise. He was the father of Mrs. L. E. Currie of this city, and his remains will be brought here today. The funeral will be held from the residence tomorrow at one o’clock. Deceased was 80 years of age. For a number of years Mr. Anderson carried the mail between this city and Smyrna and was well known to all old residents of this section.
