The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, February 10, 1911
The death of Nancy Anderson occurred at the home in Saranac on Sunday 
morning.  Mrs. Anderson was one of the county’s pioneers, being seventy-six 
years of age.  She is survived by a son, D. O. McVeigh of Ionia.  The funeral 
was attended from the M. E. church in Saranac at 1 o’clock Tuesday and 
interment will be in Balcom cemetery.
