Sylvia E. Andres, 88, of rural Belding, died Monday morning July 13, 2009 at 
Laurels of Kent Nursing Home in Lowell.

Sylvia was born on June 28, 1921 in Hammond, Ind. the daughter of Casper and 
Ernestena Prosechold Camp. She was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic 
Church.

Sylvia was married on Sept. 14, 1941 at St. Mary Church to Edwin P. Andres and 
he survives along with their children, Sandra (Charles) Cornell of Elsie, 
Roger (Diane) Andres of Gowen and Tom (Marsha) Andres of Rochester Hills; 
grandchildren, Steven, Buffy and Jeff, Byron and Nikki, Matt and Tommy; great-
grandchildren, Allie, Abby, Connor, Brooklyn, Kylie, Kila and Brily and her 
sisters and brother, Evelyn Pecktil and Elvera Muscott of Ionia and Leslie " 
Buddy" and Marian Camp of Wilbur, Wa.

Sylvia was preceded by her parents, two sisters, Verda and Nellie and four 
brothers, Louis, George, Phillip and Ollie.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church 
with Father Fred Brucker presiding. Interment will follow in St. Mary 
Cemetery. In keeping with her wishes no visitation will take place. Memorials 
may be given to St. Mary Church.
