Ronald G. Andrews, 73, of Ionia, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, while 
in an assisted living and hospice care facility in Haslett. Born on May 16, 
1939, in Grand Rapids, he was the son of Albert and Ila (Thorp) Andrews.

Ronald married Marcia McKenna on May 6, 1967 in Ionia and she survived him. He 
is also survived by his sisters, Sr. Marcia Andrews, Kathy (John) Smith, Mary 
Andrews, Barbara Andrews; his brother, Robert Andrews; as well as his nieces 
and nephews.

After serving in the United States Navy, Ronald returned to his hometown of 
Ionia where he operated his own business as a handyman.

The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 
18, 2013, at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Ionia with Fr. Tom Boufford 
presiding. Before the Funeral Mass, the family will receive friend and family 
at a reception period at the church starting at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow at 
Sunset Memorial Gardens in Ionia.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the SS. Peter & Paul 
Catholic church. Arrangements made by Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. Online
