Carson City- Darwood Dale Andrews, 60, Ionia, died Monday, March 11, 2002, at
the Ionia County Memorial Hospital in Ionia.  He was born Nov. 24, 1941, in
Ionia, to Owen Norwood and Barbara Louise Fisk Andrews.	He graduated from Lyons
High School in 1960.  He enjoyed crafts, fishing and playing softball.

He is survived by his three sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Ray and Kimberly
Andrews, Crystal, Daryel Andrews and his fiancé Tammy King, Edmore, Scot Alan
and Trisha Andrews, Hubbardston; a daughter and her fiancé, Debi Andrews and
Mike Lehner, Carson City; a stepson, Kevin Brower, Trufant; one sister, Beverly
Thornton, Ionia; one brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Dora Andrews of Lyons;
and 12 grandchildren.  He was preceded by his parents and his brother, Owen
Andrews.  

Funeral Services will be Monday, March 18, 2002 at 11 a.m. at East Plains
Cemetery, Matherton.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. 
Arrangements were entrusted to the Lux and Schnepp Funeral Home in Carson City.
