March 15, 1980 RICHARD ORVILLE ANDREWS IONIA-Richard Orville Andrews, 50, died unexpectedly Thursday night at his residence on North Depot. He was born feb. 28, 1930 in Chicago, Ill., the son of Orville and Louisa Andrews. He had worked at Montcalm Community Collets. Mr. Andrews also was of the U.S. Marines, having served in the Korea Conflict. He was a member of the Moose Lodge No.996 of Ionia and the Hubbardston American Legion No. 182. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Dania Callaway of Sparks, Nevada, Mrs. Patricia Goulhane of Bauna Park, Calif., and Miss Cheryl Andrews of Sparks, Nevada; a brother, Charles Andrews of Muir; a sister, Mrs. Daisy Carson of Hinsdale, Ill.; two grandchildren; five step-sons and four step-daughters. A brother and a sister preceded him in death. Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Muir Christian Church with the Rev. Roger Wright officiating. Burial will be in the East Plains Cemetery. Arrangements by the Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir. Friends and relatives may call at the chapel until noon Monday.
