Ionia County News - Thursday July 27,1939

MRS. A.M. ANDREWS
Mrs. A.M. Andrews, 83, died at her home in Lowell, Tuesday July 25, after an 
illness of a year and a half.

Deceased, whose maiden name was Nellie Kellogg, was born in South Boston 
township, May 13, 1856. She had spent her life time in the Vicinity of her 
birthplace and the village of Lowell. On September 17,1879 she was united in 
marriage with A. M. Andrews. Mr. Andrews died about 13 years ago and a son, 
Harry K. Andrews, died in Arizona several years ago.

She is survived by her daughter, Mrs.John Arthur, Ionia, and granddaughter, 
Maryann, who cared for her grandmother during her illness, and Janet Marie 
Andrews of Arizona.

Funeral services will be from the Lowell-Methodist Church at 2:30 Thursday 
afternoon. Burial in Lowell cemetery.
