The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, January 10, 1927

Mrs. Marion Angell, aged 82 years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. 
Thomas Cox, north of Ionia, Saturday.  Mrs. Angell suffered a stoke about six 
months ago and had also been ill with neuritis.

Her husband, Theodore Angell, died March 9, 1926.  Mrs. Angell is survived by 
five children, Mrs. Cox at whose home she died; Mrs. Minnie Wright, of Ionia 
township; Mrs. Walter Dunlap, of Ronald township; Mrs. Lena Stebbins, of 
Saranac, and Mrs. Mae Harper, of Lyons.

The funeral service will be held from the residence of Mrs. Cox Wednesday at 2 
o’clock city time.  Rev. Johnson, of Muir, will officiate.  Burial will be 
made in North Plains cemetery.
