The funeral services for Rev. W. J. Angerer, 41, pastor for two years of the 
Free Methodist church at Belding, were held in Belding Sunday and the body 
taken to Sparta for burial.

Rev. Angerer had been sick several weeks with what was diagnosed as 
appendicitis and went to Pennock hospital four weeks ago.  An operation 
revealed that his appendix had grown to one of the intestines and it was 
impossible to remove it.  His death occurred Wednesday.

He had conducted services at different times in the Ionia Free Methodist church.
