Ionia Sentinel Standard-December 11, 1966

CHARLES J. ANNA
Lyons-Charles J. Anna, 67, a lifelong resident fo Muir and North Plains area,
and veteran rural mail carrier, died Sunday at Ionia County Memorial 
hospital.

In 1931 he married Dorothy Duncan of Pewamo who died in 1961.

Mr. Anna was a mail carrier for the Muir post office for 45 years and a 
member of American Legion post of Carson City, life member of Lyons lodge 
F&AM 37 and member of Rural Letter carriers Association.

Surviving are four sisters, Vada Anna of Muir, Mrs. Glen J. Titsworth of 
Goodrich and Mrs. L.W. Wing of Grand Blanc.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Muir Presbyterian church with 
Rev. Manson Lowe officiating, Burial is to be in Carson City cemetery.

The family will be at Estep Funeral home in Muir Monday and Tuesday afternoon 
and evening.
