MRS. DOROTHY I. ANNA
LYONS-Funeral service for Mrs. Dorothy I. Anna, 54, will be held Thursday at 
2:30 p.m. at Muir Presbyterian church. She died suddenly Monday morning at 
her home at 315 Liberty street, Muir.

Born in Perry, November 21, 1906, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie 
Duncan. She was married to Charles Anna, November 21, 1932 and had resided in 
Muir 28 years.

Mrs. Anna was a member of the auxiliary to American Legion Post 330 of Carson 
City, and a member of Evergreen chapter order of the Eastern Star of Lyons.

She is survived by her husband, Charles; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie 
Duncan of Byron; two sisters, Mrs. Roger Davern of East Lansing, and Mrs. 
Robert Stephenson of Grand rapids; one brother, Roger Duncan of Burlington, 
Calif., and several nieces and nephews.

The Rev. Raymond Bittner will officiate and burial will be at Carson City 
cemetery.

Bearers will be Max Reynolds, Robert Bentz, earl Burt, Leslie Anna, Robert 
Sykes and Herbert Attenberger.

The family will be at the Estep funeral home in Muir from 7 until 9 p.m. 
Tuesday and Wednesday evenings to receive friends.
