Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Wed., April 20, 1988
Ionia- Doris E. Anslow, 87, of Ionia died Tuesday at Belding Christina Nursing 
Home.

She was born Dec. 28, 1900, in Ovid, the daughter of George and Leonie Tifft 
Briggs. She was married to Harold Anslow March 15, 1919,in Ovid.  He preceded 
her in death in July 1979.

She was a 50-years-plus member of the First Christian Church of Ionia.

Surviving are a daughter, nine granchildren and five great granchildren.  A 
daughter, Lois Cornelisse, died in 1968.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. from the Rich Street chapel of 
Cook Funeral Home, with the Rev. F. Michale Valenine officiating.

Burial will be in Woodard Lake Cemetery.
