The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, June 24, 1938
Funeral services for Mrs. Rossie Anslow, 64, of Ronald township, were 
conducted from the Myers funeral home on East Main street Thursday afternoon, 
June 23, at 2:30 o’clock with Rev. George Woolcock, pastor of the Baptist 
church officiating.  Interment was in the family lot at Woodard Lake cemetery.

Pallbearers were Ralph Smith, Clayton Smith, Augustus W. Gott, and Ernest 
Young.

Those attending from away were Dr. R. E. Anslow, Mr. and Mrs. James Brown and 
family of Detroit; Mr. and Mrs. George Brown and family and Mrs. William 
McCloy of Bay City; Mr. and Mrs. Hal Bentley and son of Monroe and Ralph 
Bentley of McBain.
