The Ionia County News, Thursday, December 21, 1939
A prominent resident of Orleans, Mrs. D. S. Antcliff, 47, who had been 
critically ill since Friday with streptococcus infection, died at her home at 
7:30 Monday evening.  She was born in Germany and came here when 19 years 
old.  She was married April 2, 1920 to D. S. Antcliff of Orleans and had 
resided with her husband in this community ever since.  Besides the husband 
she is survived by two brothers, Robert and Herman Ross of St. Louis, 
Michigan.  Four other brothers and two sisters live in Germany.  

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at the home, with burial in 
Greene cemetery.
