Portland Observer, 25 Feb 1932

Frank C. Arms, 63, a former Portland resident, died Sunday at his home in Grand 
Ledge following a stroke of apoplexy suffered a week previous.  Mr. Arms was the 
son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Arms.  He was born in Orange township and for 
a number of years lived on what is now the Wadsworth farm.  Later coming to 
Portland he conducted a photograph gallery here and about 40 years ago moved to 
Grand Ledge.  Mrs. Robert Holtz, of Portland, is a niece.
