Ionia Sentinel Standard, 29 Apr 1992

Beatrice Arntz, formerly of Ionia died Monday at Martin Luther Holt Home, Holt,
where she had been a resident since 1988.  She was born August 28, 1904, in
Keene Township, the daughter of Frank and Melvina Blough.

She married Estee Arntz on June 30, 1924, in Ionia.  He preceded her in death in
December 1987.  She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, in Ionia.  She
retired from A.O. Smith in 1967.  

She is survived by four daughters: Lois Croel Flannery of Diamondale, Betty
Neustifter Della Fave of Rowlett, Texas, Ella Vogt of Royal Oak, and Donna
Landon of Bath; eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three great great
grandchildren; her sister Hilda Drake of Belleville; four brothers: Fred Blough
of Saranac, Louis Blough of Lowell, Phillip Blough of Grass Lake, and Andrew
Blough of Ypsilanti.

The funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Hull Memorial Chapel, with
the Rev. Tom Peters officiating.  Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery,
Ionia.  The family will be at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the service on
Thursday.  The family requests that donations be made toward the cemetery
marker, in lieu of flowers.
