Belding Banner, 4 Jan 1906

Saturday morning, December 30th, after several weeks of intense suffering, the 
spirit of Mrs. Elizabeth Arris winged its flight from the earthly tabernacle to 
the mysterious vale beyond the tomb.

Deceased was born in Oakland county, Michigan where the earlier part of her 
life was spent.  38 years ago she moved to Hubbardston where she lived until 17 
years ago when she moved to this city, where she has since resided.  Four 
children grown to maturity and an aged husband, Elijah Arris, survive her.  The 
funeral was held at the late residence on Monday, Rev. H.N. Spear speaking the 
words of comfort to those now left behind.  The remains were laid to rest in 
the old cemetery.

in Old Belding Cemetery.]
