Ionia Daily Sentinel 18 May 1937
Mrs. Ida Austin, 62, died at her home at 133 Cleveland Street, Tuesday morning 
at 3 o’clock after a prolonged illness of the past two years.  She was born on 
October 20, 1874, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. Butler of Ada.  Her early 
life was spent in and near Ada.

She is survived by her husband, Harvey; one son, Alfred Miller of Mecosta; one 
daughter, Mrs. Irene Blake of Denver, Colo.; and three brothers and four 
sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 1 o’clock from the 
Myers funeral home on East Main Street, and interment will be in the Lake 
Odessa cemetery.
