Ionia Daily Sentinel, 16 Oct 1911

South Boston

Oct. 10. – L. Austin received word this morning that his wife, who was visiting
her son, Allie, in Kent, Ohio, was found dead in bed.  She had been in poor
health for years but when her son was here on a visit a few weeks ago she
returned home with him and was enjoying her visit and her sudden demise came as
a shock to her husband.

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was
buried in South Boston Cemetery.]
