Ionia County News, 31 May 1927

The funeral of Robert Austin, 52, Lake Odessa resident, who died last Thursday,
following an illness of Bright’s disease, was held last Saturday from the late
home, with Rev. Early of Woodland in charge.  Walter Wortley was the officiating
undertaker and interment was made in Lakeside cemetery.  He is survived by his
widow and four children, Mrs. Leon Nicholson, Mrs. Harold Classic, Florence
Austin and Robert Austin, all of Lake Odessa.
