Ionia Daily Sentinel, 29 Jan 1919

The remains of Mrs. Cornelia Avery arrived on the noon train and the body was 
taken directly to the cemetery.  Rev. E. E. Branch officiated and the bearers 
were Thane Benedict, Lee Yates, Herbert Powell, E. W. Krainbrink and E. Decker.  
Mrs. Phelps and Miss Cull sang and a short grave service was held.  Mr. and Mrs. 
R. F. Parker accompanied the body from Detroit.

[Transcriber’s Note:  There is a  notation on the obituary card that she is 
buried in Highland Park Cemetery.]
