Ionia Standard, 6 Mar 1896

Brief services were held at the home, at 7 Friday a.m. for Mrs. Albert Avery, 
conducted by Rev. W. H. Scott, and attended by quite a number of the personal 
friends of deceased.  The floral offerings were beautiful, attesting the high 
esteem in which deceased was held by neighbors and the societies of which she 
had been a member.  The remains were taken by the 7:30 train, accompanied by 
the husband and other immediate family friends, including Mr. and Mrs. N. G. 
Avery, interment being in Trowbridge, Allegan county.
