Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 2 Dec 1955

Funeral services for Mrs. Mayme Ayers of 942 West Lincoln avenue were conducted 
at the Myers funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  The Rev. P. C. 
O’Neill of Lowell officiated and interment was at Balcom cemetery.  Pallbearers 
were Donald Ackerman, Charles Kohloff, Joe Powell, Willis Johnson, Robert Walsh 
and Clayton Huntley.

Those attending from out of town were Mrs. Helen Lemass and Mrs. Clifford 
Hendricks of Grand Rapids, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Martinau of Detroit, Mr. and 
Mrs. Edward Shewee of Manistee, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Lystrup of Ypsilanti and 
Mrs. Louise Ayers, Miss Alice Pickett and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Ayers of Ludington.
