Arlie M. Azleborn of Saranac died suddenly of a heart attack on a Lansing golf 
course Sunday morning.  He had been visiting his son, Clark, in Lansing.  He 
is survived by his wife, a son, Clark, of Lansing; and a grandson.

He was born in Gratiot county January 30 1883.  He has lived in Saranac for 
the past five years and was owner of a variety store there.  He is a member of 
the Saranac Community Business Men’s club, and of the Saranac F&AM lodge and 
was assistant scout master of Saranac community.

Funeral will be held from the Morris funeral home, Saranac, at 1:30 p.m. 
Wednesday, October 17.  The Rev. Frank Chamberlain of Saranac will officiate 
at the service assisted by the Rev. Mr. McCarty of Grand Rapids.
