Ionia Weekly Standard, 11 Jun 1915

Miss Ellen M. Babcock, daughter of Julius Babcock, one of the early pioneers of
Ionia county, and niece of the late Joseph M. Babcock, died in Grand Rapids on
Thursday, at the age of 71.  Interment in Balcom cemetery, in Berlin township,
where brief services will be held, Saturday morning at about 9:30.
