Badder Archibald L. Badder passed away at his home in Ionia on Tuesday, October 1st, at 5:30. He leaves to mourn his death, his wife, Mrs. Margaret Badder, and four children: Mrs. Jennie Hosey of Mulliken, Melvin Badder of this city, Myron Badder of Ionia, and Mrs. Alice Monks of Collins; nineteen grandchildren: Myron and Archie Hosey of Montana, Mrs. Earl Boyer of Roxand, Jessie, Phillip and Melvin Hosey of Mulliken, Zenas Hosey of Orange, Ruth Badder of this city, Myrtle, Ray, Marion, Fred, Murl, Lula, Agnes and Donald Badder of Ionia; Freeman, Ivah and Roy Wilson Monks of Collins; and three great-grandchildren: Lula Virginia Boyer of Roxand, Elvesta and Mary Maxene Badder of Orange. The funeral was held at the residence on Friday at 2:00 o’clock. Bearers were Ray Badder, Phillip and Melvin Hosey, and Earl Boyer, grand children; Howard Blow, David Badder and Lenord Bollinger, nephews. He was laid to rest in Tuttle cemetery.
