Ionia Sentinel Standard, 21 Apr 1919

Miss Margaret Henrietta Fyfe was born in Kingston, Canada, May 20, 1848.  She
passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Earl Monks of Collins, April 10,
1919.  She was united in marriage to Archibald L. Badder at Lyons on the
fifteenth of October, 1964.  To this union were born five children, four of whom
survive: Mrs. Jennie Hosey of Mulliken, Melvin I. and Myron A. of Orange, and
Mrs. Earl Monks of Collins; one daughter Lenora Janet, died at the age of
twenty-five years.  Besides these she leaves to mourn her loss nineteen
grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one brother, William Fyfe, of Lyons,
and one sister, Mrs. Helen Carpenter of California.

She was a kind and loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by
all who knew her.  She was converted in childhood and united with the Methodist
church, of which she was always a faithful member.  She realized the end was
near and was ready to answer to the Master’s call.

We wish to express our heartfelt thanks for the kindness shown us during the
sickness and death of our loving mother and grandmother; also Rev. Slee for his
consoling words; the singers; the many beautiful flowers, and those who
furnished the automobiles.

Mrs. Myron Badder and family, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Monks and family, Mr. and Mrs.
Zenas Badder and family.

in Tuttle Cemetery.]
