Ionia Sentinel Standard, 10 Jan 1964

Mrs. Bertha May Badder, 82, of 537 North Jefferson street, died at Ionia County
Memorial hospital Thursday at 1:30 p.m.  She had been hospitalized since
December 28.  She was born July 3, 1881 in Clinton county and was married to
John Badder who died April 15, 1943.

Mrs. Badder lived in Ionia 55 years and was a member of Lincoln Avenue Baptist
Church.  She was also a member of the Berean Sunday School class and Ladies
Missionary Prayer band.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John Kline of Ionia; six grandchildren; three
great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Mina Bauch of Ovid.

Funeral service will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Boynton funeral home with the
Rev. Clifford Owens officiating and burial at Balcom cemetery.
