BEVERLY BAILEY, 82
Beverly Jean Bailey, 82, of Ionia, passed away March 25, 2018. She was born on Nov.
10, 1935, in Ionia, the daughter of John and Beulah (Shong) Bippley. She married Gordon
Bailey on April 22, 1972, he preceded her in death on Sept.1, 2003. Beverly retired
from Michigan Bell in 1982. She loved taking care of her house, doing yard work, bowling
with the girls, playing cards but mostly her four boys and grandkids. She was previous a
Moose member.

Surviving Beverly are her children, John (Julie) Pisellin of Ionia, Jim (Diane)
Piselli of Ionia, Joe (Ann) Piselli of Maysville, Georgia Bill Bailey (Bob Granger) of 
Eaton rapids; step-children Steve (Lynn) Bailey of Ionia, Cheryl (Kim) Foster of Belding, Carol
(Gordon) Francisco of Ionia along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and
great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gordon and
sisters-Margaret Kilduff and Janice White.

A memorial service will be held at the Lake Funeral home in Ionia on Saturday, March
31, at 11 a. m. with Pastor Ken Harger officiating.

Visitation will be on Friday from 5-7 p.m and one hour prior to the service. In lieu
of flowers, those wishing may make memorial contributions to Sparrow Hospice of Lansing.
