                             THURSA E. BAILEY

PORTLAND - Thursa E. Bailey,69, of 1097 Knox Road, Portland, died at her 
residence Wednesday.

Born Aug. 13, 1917 in Orleans, she was the daughter of Mr and Mrs.Frank Ward.

Surviving are her husband Delmer; two sons, Onie Miller of Sunfield and Calvin 
Miller of Portland; three daughters, Mrs.Clarence (Yvonne) Franks, Mrs.Henry 
(Lovica)Parsons and Sharon Roop, all of Portland; four step-sons Donald, Nick 
and Med Bailey, all of Portland, and Boyd Bailey of Huntington, W.Va.; two step-
daughters, Mrs. James (Donna) Webb of Columbus, Ohio and Mrs.Clarence (Texa) 
Botsford of McAllen,Texas; nine grandchildren; nine-great-grandchildren; 14 
step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren; a brother Clifford Ward of 
Florida and a sister, Edith Roberts of Ionia.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 10 a.m from the Neller Funeral Home, 
Portland, with the Rev.Donald J.Chapel of First Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will be in Portland Cemetery.
