CATHERINE P. BAILEY

Died June 1, 2022-age 80 of Saranac, formerly of Ludington,MI
Born May 27, 1942 in Pentwater,Mi.
Daughter of L.D. and Mary (Verschueren) Ball.
Married Philip Bailey on June 25, 1960.
Catherine was a great cake decorator & had a good sense of humor.
She loved to read, do puzzles, shop, go to beaches & spend time in their gazebo 
especially with her kids & grandkids.
Survived by husband Philip of Ionia; children Deb Vanderhoof of Ludington,Megan 
(Christian) Nelson of Ludington, Philip (Diane) Bailey Jr.of California, Cyndy 
Bailey of Ludington & Jennifer Bright of Waterford; 10 grandchildren & 3 great-
grandchildren,& 7 siblings.
Preceded in death by parents: granddaughter Alexander Dale Vanderhoof; brothers 
& sisters, Levina Engleberg, Levi Ball, David Ball, George Ball, Henry Ball & 
infant daughter.
Funeral services at 10:00 am. with Pastor Damon Beaver officiating.
Interment Mt.Calvary Cemetery.
