Ionia Daily Standard, 16 Apr 1901

The remains of Myron S. Bailey were brought to Ionia on Monday, from Grand 
Rapids, for interment.  Deceased was aged 78 years, and was a brother of the late 
L. H. Bailey.  He was many years a resident of Ionia, a prominent free-mason in 
his time, and the remains were met here by a contingent from that fraternity, and 
escorted to the grave.  Deceased is survived by one son, Henry E. Bailey of Grand 
Rapids, and one daughter, Mrs. Nellie McBride of Chicago.
