Former Ionia Man Dies at Petoskey

Joseph G. Bain, a resident of Petoskey since 1862, and formerly a resident of 
Ionia county, is dead here following an illness of two weeks.  He was 87 years 
of age and had been a Mason since 1860.  One son, Benjamin Bain, Pittsburgh 
millionaire toy manufacturer, died last Saturday, but the father was not 
informed of his death.
