Ionia Daily Standard, 11 Mar 1901

The remains of David Baird arrived in the city this morning, from Denver, Colo.,
at 7:45, and were taken to the home of Mr. and Mrs. F.T. Mason, on Lincoln
avenue.  Mrs. Mason and Mrs. Baird are cousins.  Mrs. Baird will be remembered
by the oldest residents of Ionia as a daughter of “Jude” Jennings.  The funeral
service was conducted at above home this afternoon, and the remains were given a
resting place in Highland Park.
